Redonk Nutshell: Newly engaged couple takes on the expectations of Hollywood

I really, really enjoyed the 1st in this series, Love Unscripted, and was THRILLED to get my grubby hands on this sucker.

Book two picks up more or less where the first left off, and we get to follow the tale of Ryan and Taryn attempting to pull of a wedding and finding some normalcy in her fiance’s movie star line of work. It’s not an easy road, but these two manage to find their way. Deceptive coworkers, feuding friends, and sneaky paparazzi keep throwing them hurtles, but they keep trekking on.

This was a really lovely story. I’ll admit it’s a total guilty pleasure – there’s tons of gushy romance, some serious sexy times, and some eye-rolling moments of jealousy and throwing of tantrums. But overall, I adored this book. It was SO refreshing to have a series conclude in TWO books and not…you…like eighteen. Or three. Seriously. I will say that Love Rehearsed definitely has much MUCH more sexy times going on. It’s not IN-YOUR-FACE as some erotic novels or even romance novels, but it’s definitely there. The first book was the foreplay.

Love Unrehearsed is a fantastic conclusion on a guilty pleasure of a series.
